This methodology, which is still valid a century later, is called the DISC Model .

This analysis does not mean to conclude that all people who are part of the same prototype are the same, since each one behaves in a particular way. However, this model can serve as a good guide to define the behavioral profile, both our own and those of the people around us, and thus understand ourselves better.

The four prototypes:

Dominant people emphasize achieving their own results with self-confidence. They respond very well to logic, reason and information, but not so much to emotion. They want <g id="gid_5">quick and direct answers</g> , without going into details. They work <g id="gid_6">under pressure</g> and in situations with a high workload. They may delegate more work than they do, and they want to get things done quickly but may have unrealistic concepts of time. They have a very high ego , which can be perceived positively due to confidence but at the same time negatively due to pride. They can become intolerant, ignore other opinions and communicate in an aggressive way.

Their innate fear is that they will be taken advantage of, especially by someone they trust.
