{"id":12334,"date":"2024-11-11T17:11:33","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T15:11:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coboilab.cat\/women-and-innovation-research-group-formation\/"},"modified":"2024-11-11T17:11:33","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T15:11:33","slug":"women-and-innovation-research-group-formation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coboilab.cat\/en\/women-and-innovation-research-group-formation\/","title":{"rendered":"Women and Innovation &#8211; Research Group Formation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Wednesday, June 12, the 1st co-ideation session for the formation of the Research Group of the &#8220;Women and Innovation&#8221; project was held<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">thanks to the willingness of different agents from the territory with curiosity.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p>It was specified that the <strong>research group<\/strong> would be made up of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mgimeno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marta Gimeno Robles<\/a><\/strong> , president of the Women Who Inspire Association<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/acanelma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alicia Ca\u00f1ellas-Mayor<\/a><\/strong> , educator and doctor in communication, a benchmark for pedagogical innovation.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nuriacomunica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">N\u00faria Ma\u00f1\u00e9 Montan\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> , consultant in communication and digital transformation, speaker and teacher.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/caroljauregui\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carol Jauregui<\/a><\/strong> , designer with an interest in cultural, social and environmental initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/llfeu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luc\u00eda L\u00f3pez Fern\u00e1ndez<\/a><\/strong> , analysis and foresight. Head of the Baix Llobregat Regional Observatory and co-leader of the Metropolitan Gender Observatory. <\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/maria-jos%C3%A9-parra-rocha-825b9568\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Parra Rocha<\/a><\/strong> , computer engineer. Transforming Sant Boi de Llobregat and the citizens through Digital Transformation and teaching. <\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marianareyna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mariana Reyna Ortega<\/a><\/strong> , director of EMLHIS Europe chapter. Mentor in personal development for professionals. Writer and international trainer.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For now, these are the <strong>results obtained:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application of Method 4&gt; 17 and support from the Coboi lab team for the collaborative definition and resolution of the shared challenge.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definition of the new challenge to be faced:<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHow could we be more aware of existing gender gaps to contribute to them more directly and efficiently?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creation of new relationships between group members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-creation of a common repository of papers.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding reading and shared discussion sessions of academic papers:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9\/25\/24: 1st paper reading session &#8220;Fukuda-Parr, S., Heintz, J., &amp; Seguino, S.
