That’s why, on Friday, March 4th, we organized CoBoi JAM#1<\/strong> , a first activity to begin collaboratively co-constructing the community we want to be<\/strong> . That’s why we designed a series of dynamics aimed at defining what this space that we all have in common is<\/b> . <\/p>\n These were the three activities we did:<\/p>\n 1. To break the ice, we asked participants to answer the question five times: \u201c Why did you come to the CoBoi JAM today?<\/b> \u201d The goal was to understand the motivations<\/b> that had led them to share the afternoon with the rest of the attendees.<\/p>\n From the responses it emerged that the main objective of the participants in this day was to be able to get to know the people and projects that have passed through CoBoi so far<\/b> , in order to be able to collaborate, share, learn and network<\/b> . In the following image you can see the results graphically, identifying the most repeated concepts. <\/p>\n 2. In order to understand what CoBoi is<\/b> , in the second dynamic the participants wrote on three different post-its three ideas or concepts that described what this space represents for each of them<\/b> . Later they had to choose three post-its written by other participants and group them into constellations that they themselves created. In this way they collectively identified which were the groups of ideas that define CoBoi.<\/b> These groups were the following: <\/p>\n 3. Finally, a series of collective stories<\/b> were constructed to answer the question \u201c what does it mean to be part of CoBoi?<\/b> \u201d 4 groups were formed that created 4 characters defined by a name, age and a brief description: \u201cwhat does this character do in CoBoi?\u201d, \u201cwhat things happen to him there?\u201d, and \u201c what does it mean for this person to be part of CoBoi?<\/strong> \u201d The result was the following:<\/p>\n “In<\/i> Deniu”<\/i><\/b> is a 25-year-old person, realistic, creative and from outside Sant Boi. She finds herself in a situation where she has to decide between a precarious life or taking on new professional challenges through self-employment. One day by chance she arrives at CoBoi, and at first she is full of doubts, since she does not know anyone. However, little by little she finds a happy space built collectively, where she finds support for her ideas and her state of mind, where she finds resources and logistical support. Ultimately, she feels valued and able to take off to achieve her dreams. <\/i><\/p>\n \u201c<\/i> Kurri<\/i><\/b> is asexual, creative and full of ideas and experiences. However, he is unemployed and needs to overcome a feeling of anger and sadness that consumes him inside. Life leads him to meet CoBoi and its people, who provide him with support to learn new things and evolve. Kurri goes from sadness to joy, transmitted in large part by the good moments he experiences when he goes to have a coffee at Isa’s bar. Finally, Kurri finds a job. <\/i><\/p>\n “In<\/i> Per@”<\/i><\/b> He is asexual and has no age, but he is full of questions: where am I going? What am I doing here? Suddenly, one day he arrives at CoBoi and a series of stimuli begin to arrive (cooperation, participation, support, creativity, network…) that make something inside him react and explode, and what was anguish transforms into opportunity. CoBoi represents for Per@ a space of opportunities. <\/i><\/p>\n \u201c<\/i> Pamhoe<\/i><\/b> is a patient farmer who planted many different types of seeds. For seven years he was providing energy and food to these seeds, and apparently nothing happened. After this time, and in just 6 months, the plant grew more than 7 meters. You just need to be patient and not give up to achieve your goals in life. A metaphor for what CoBoi represents: the soil, nutrients and earth for projects to germinate and become a reality.\u201d <\/i><\/p>\n <\/p>\n![\"5](\"https:\/\/coboilab.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/5-times-why.jpeg\" "\\"\\"")
