listen to young talent!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On March 13th we held a <strong>dynamic with a group of young people<\/strong> from our city where we were able <strong>to listen and learn<\/strong> firsthand about their concerns, hopes, intentions, etc. with the aim of being able to assess how we can support them from Coboi lab.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffec5f;\">Antecedents<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This meeting was born out of the one held last February, also at Coboi lab, where young <strong>former participants of some of the editions of Sant Boi Talent<\/strong> , met with the mayor of Sant Boi de Llobregat,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/llu%C3%AFsa-moret-i-sabid%C3%B3-12614465\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llu\u00efsa Moret<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with whom they shared experiences and where the city council committed to continuing these meetings to collect and analyze how to continue <strong>promoting the talent of young people from Sant Boi<\/strong> .<\/span> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffec5f;\">People attending<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young people volunteer to participate in the dynamic.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sergifrias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sergi Fr\u00edas<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, head of Coboi lab and expert in social innovation.<\/span> <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marc Aguil\u00e0, councilor for European Projects, Transparency and Youth of the Sant Boi de Llobregat City Council.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/yolanda-molina-l%C3%B3pez-aa460837\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yolanda Molina,<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">head of the Youth unit of the Sant Boi de Llobregat City Council.<\/span> <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/emma-obiols-31154636\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emma Obiols<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, business creation technician from the Department of Business and Commerce Promotion of the Sant Boi de Llobregat City Council. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/claudia-puig-fern%C3%A1ndez-3b7660171\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00e0udia Puig<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, collaborator at Coboi lab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mgimeno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marta Gimeno<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, collaborator at Coboi lab.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffec5f;\">Meeting results<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Coboi lab team was able<\/span> <b>to listen<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and take note of everything that the young attendees wanted to share with us through a group dynamic (based on the creation of word clouds thanks to Mentimeter technology) and a subsequent individual questionnaire.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, the young attendees were able<\/span> <b>to network<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span> <b>get to know Coboi lab<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(the spaces, equipment and its expertise),<\/span> <b>learn about other areas of the city council<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(such as entrepreneurship and youth) and, finally,<\/span> <b>learn about the entrepreneurial story of Marta Gimeno<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a Sant Boi resident, startup CEO since 2012 and recent collaborator at Coboi lab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffec5f;\">Next steps<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assess how Coboi lab can contribute to promoting the talent and entrepreneurial attitude of the city&#8217;s youth, from a holistic perspective and committed to a present that already gives us a glimpse of the needs and novelties of the cities of the future where we believe that aspects such as:  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2714 Transfer of knowledge between generations and cultures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2714 Joint analysis of common needs and challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
